Land sold to Anton Culak by Mary Culak and the rest of her children. • Land Sale: 207 Acres to Anton and Verona Svoda, 17 Oct 1910, Gonzales County, Texas. 506 Land a part two tracts of 285 acres and 83 acres sold by Martin Mikes and wife to John Culak on October 11, 1892. Sold for $500 in cash and $4,468 in promissary notes payble to Marie Culak.
